If you have damage don't forget to include pictures of any damage to the exterior of your package before unpacking, and anything that might be on your item after unpacked.
Also please include a thorough description of the damage so we can contact our shipper.
If you think you are missing any Items please give us a complete list of what you think might be missing, and compare it to your packing list.
We appreciate your patients and will do your best to resolve any problems as soon as possible.
