I come to you with Karate, empty hands. I have no weapons, but should I be force to defend myself, my honor or my principles, should it be a matter of life and death, of right or wrong, then here are my weapons, my empty hands.

The Fifteen Upperbodies

Lunge Punch
1. Leg check forward with the right foot into a SEISAN stance.
2. Execute a right (vertical) punch.
3. Leg check forward with the left foot into a SEISAN stance.
4. Execute a left (vertical) punch.
5. Assume a left on guard position.
6. Leg check back with the left foot going into a right on guard.
7. Leg check back with the right foot going into the ready position.

Uppercut
1. Leg check forward with the right foot into a SEISAN stance.
2. Execute a right uppercut.
3. Leg check forward with the left foot into a SEISAN stance.
4. Execute a left uppercut.
5. Assume a left on guard position.
6. Leg check back with the left foot going into a right forward SEISAN stance, right on guard.
7. Leg check back with the right foot going into the ready position.

Reverse Punch
1. Leg check forward with right foot into a SEISAN stance.
2. Execute a left (vertical) punch.
3. Leg check forward with the left foot into a SEISAN stance.
4. Execute a right (vertical) punch.
5. Assume a left on guard position.
6. Leg check back with the left foot going into a right forward SEISAN stance, right on guard.
7. Leg check back with the right foot going into the ready position.

Reverse Uppercut
1. Leg check forward with right foot into a SEISAN stance.
2. Execute a left uppercut.
3. Leg check forward with right foot into a SEISAN stance.
4. Execute a right uppercut.
5. Assume a left on guard position.
6. Leg check back with the left foot going into a right forward SEISAN stance, right on guard.
7. Leg check back with the right foot going into the ready position.

Low Block with a Straight Punch
1. Leg check back with right foot going into a SEISAN stance.
2. Execute a left side low block.
3. Execute a right punch.
4. Leg check back with the left foot going into a SEISAN stance.
5. Execute a right side low block.

Palm Heel Deflection with Two Roundhouse Punches
1. Leg check forward and to the left side with the left foot into a deep SEISAN stance.
2. Execute a left shuto deflection.
3. Execute 2 roundhouse punches.
4. Leg check forward and to the right side with the right foot into a deep SEISAN stance.
5. Execute a right shuto deflection.
6. Execute 2 roundhouse punches.
7. Assume a right on guard.
8. Leg check back with right foot going into a SEISAN stance, left on guard position.
9. Leg check back with left foot going into a ready position.

Bearhug Break
1.Leg check back with left foot going into a CAT stance.
2.Execute a right overhead block.
3.Execute a left elbow strike to the rear.
4.Leg check back with right foot going into a CAT stance.
5.Execute a left overhead block.
6.Execute a right elbow strike to the rear.
7.Leg check forward with right foot into a ready position.

The Eight Basic Kicks
Front kick with KOSHI
1.Leg check back with your right foot into a left SEISAN stance.
2.Bring your right knee up and execute a right front snap kick with koshi (ball of the foot).
3.Execute a right leg check forward into a ready position.
4.Leg check back with your left foot into a right SEISAN stance.
5.Bring your left knee up and execute a left front snap kick with koshi (ball of the foot).
6.Execute a left leg check forward into a ready position.

Side kick with KOSHI
1.Draw into a CAT stance 90 degrees to your right.
2.Bring your right knee up and execute a side snap kick with koshi (ball of the foot).
3.Return to a ready position.
4.Draw into a CAT stance 90 degrees to your left.
5.Bring your left knee up and execute a left side snap kick with koshi (ball of the foot)
6.Return to a ready position.

Front kick with SOKUTO
1.Leg check back with your right foot into a left SEISAN stance.
2.Bring your right knee up and execute a right front snap kick with sokuto (side of the foot).
3.Execute a right leg check forward into a ready position.
4.Leg check back with your left foot into a right SEISAN stance.
5.Bring your left knee up and execute a left front snap kick with sokuto (side of the foot).
6.Execute a left leg check forward into a ready position.

Side kick with SOKUTO
1.Draw into a CAT stance 90 degrees to your right.
2.Bring your right knee up and execute a side snap kick with sokuto (side of the foot).
3.Return to a ready position.
4.Draw into a CAT stance 90 degrees to your left.
5.Bring your left knee up and execute a left side snap kick with sokuto (side of the foot)
6.Return to a ready position.

Groin kick
1.Leg check back with your right foot into a left SEISAN stance.
2.Bring your right knee up and execute a right front snap kick to the groin with the top of your foot.
3.Execute a right leg check forward into a ready position.
4.Leg check back with your left foot into a right SEISAN stance.
5.Bring your left knee up and execute a left front snap kick to the groin with the top of your foot.
6.Execute a left leg check forward into a ready position.

Heel thrust kick
1.Leg check back with your right foot into a left SEISAN stance.
2.Swing your right foot forward along the ground, bring your knee up and stomp with your heel.
3.Execute a right leg check forward into a ready position.
4.Leg check back with your left foot into a right SEISAN stance.
5.Swing your left foot forward along the ground, bring your knee up and stomp with your heel.
6.Execute a left leg check forward into a ready position.

Squat kick
1.Leg check forward and plant your left foot into a left oblique SEISAN stance.
2.Execute a right squat kick 45 degrees to the front and right (top or ball of the foot)
3.Plant your right foot down after the kick into a right oblique SEISAN stance.
4.Execute a left squat kick 45 degrees to the front and left (top or ball of the foot).
5.Plant your left foot down and resume a left on guard.
6.Leg check back to a right on guard.
7.Leg check back to a ready position.

Back kick
1.Leg check back with your right foot into a left SEISAN stance.
2.Look over your right shoulder and kick backwards with your right foot using your heel.
3.Leg check forward into a ready position
4.Leg check back with your left foot into a right SEISAN stance.
5.Look over your right shoulder and kick backwards with your left foot using your heel.
6.Leg check forward into a ready position.
